holy fucking scandal batman

im feeling totally amazed and dejected this morning after a quick check of the news i learned that my top pick and one of my favorite riders got barred from racing in the tour de france this year. it seems that he was among 58 riders named in a doping scandal so out he goes. i certainly hope he didnt use drugs to enhance his performance. i fucking hate cheating. its a huge upset. its like ben rothlisberger getting ejected the night before the superbowl last year. there definitely would have been a different outcome. im still picking zabriskie to be the first rider in yellow but seeing as how jan ullrich was also thrown out neither t-mobile or csc will be in the top teams rolling into paris. im thinking that the discovery channel team will be battling it out with phonak for the top spot. im looking for a good old fashioned duel for the yellow jersey between floyd landis and george hincapie.
